'Committed to privacy' WhatsApp announces updated policy

Washington [US], February 19: Reiterating its obligation to the security of clients, WhatsApp declared an update in its terms of administrations and protection strategy identified with organizations and clients on the texting stage. 

"Our obligation to your security isn't evolving. Your own discussions are as yet ensured by start to finish encryption, which implies nobody outside of your talks, not even WhatsApp or Facebook, can peruse or hear them out," said WhatsApp in an explanation.

WhatsApp further added that neither it nor Facebook can see the substance shared by a client with loved ones, including individual messages and calls, shared connections or areas.
