Section 144 imposed in Noida till January 31; No drones, protests allowed

Gautam Buddh Nagar (Uttar Pradesh) [India], January 23: Uttar Pradesh Police on Friday conjured CrPC segment 144 in Gautam Buddh Nagar till January 31 considering wellbeing concerns identified with Republic Day. 

"No utilization of private robots, No fights without endorsement from specialists, No gridlocks, No ownership of hurtful items, No sound video with delicate substance, No liquor drinking at public spots are permitted," Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Ashutosh Dwivedi, said in the notification. 

The request has been forced in Gautam Budhh Nagar from January 22 to January 31. Any individual discovered disregarding the above request will be reserved under IPC Section 188. 

Police said that the limitations have been forced as numerous individuals are probably going to partake in Republic Day festivities from Gautam Buddh Nagar. Additionally, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is probably going to visit the region on the event of Uttar Pradesh establishment day, January 24. 

There are worries of undesirable exercises because of which the segment has been summoned 'one-sidedly' for the wellbeing of the general population, police said. (ANI)
