New Delhi [India], January 31: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday praised the expanding support of the country's ladies in various fields.

"Dear compatriots, you would have heard a couple of days back that four ladies pilots instructed a non-stop departure from San Fransisco in the US to Bengaluru. The flight covering a distance of more than 10,000 kilometers, brought more than 225 individuals to India," PM Modi said in his month to month radio program 'Mann ki Baat'.

In a notable move, Air India's longest immediate course trip with the all-ladies pilot group on January 11 arrived at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru from San Francisco, flying over the North Pole and covering a distance of around 16,000 kilometers.

Further valuing ladies' accomplishments, the PM said, "You probably seen two ladies IAF officials making history in the current year's Republic Day march. Be it any field, the cooperation of the country's ladies is constantly expanding."

Two IAF ladies officials turned into the primary ladies pilots to partake in the Republic Day march.

India's one of the initial three ladies military pilots, Flight Lieutenant Bhawana Kanth, turned into the principal lady military pilot to be important for the Indian Air Force unforeseen at the Republic Day march.

Flight Lieutenant Swati Rathore turned into the main lady to be essential for the flypast over Rajpath as she flew a Mi-17 V5 helicopter in an arrangement of four choppers. (ANI)
