NSA Ajit Doval visits Kabul, discusses Afghan peace process, combating terrorism

New Delhi [India], January 13: National Security Adviser (NSA) Ajit Doval on Wednesday visited Kabul and met with Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani and his Afghan partner Hamdullah Mohib to talk about participation in the continuous harmony measure and fighting illegal intimidation. He additionally met previous Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai. 

Sediq Sediqqi, Ghani's representative said in a tweet that the different sides talked about extension of collaboration in countering psychological warfare, and reinforcing provincial agreement on the Afghan harmony measure. 

"President Ghani met with the Indian National Security Advisor, Mr. Ajit Doval at the Presidential Palace today. The two sides talked about extension of collaboration in countering psychological warfare between the two nations, and fortifying territorial agreement on Afghan harmony measure," he said. 

He cited Ashraf Ghani as saying that the Afghan National and Defense Security Forces are the honest mainstays of Afghanistan's dependability and are battling in the bleeding edges against the local and worldwide illegal intimidation.
