AP election commissioner writes to chief secy, DGP for removing 9 officers from poll process

Amaravati (Andhra Pradesh) [India], January 23: Andhra Pradesh State Election Commissioner (SEC) Nimmagadda Ramesh Kumar has composed a letter to state Chief Secretary Adityanath Das and DGP Gautam Sawang for eliminating nine officials from political decision obligations. 

Those officials incorporate authorities of Guntur and Chittoor locale; Tirupati Urban SP; DSPs of Palamaneru and Srikalahasti the two towns in Chittoor area; and Circle Inspectors of Macherla, Punganur, Rayadurgam and Tadipatri. 

"After the decks are cleared to hold decisions now, the Commission had investigated the circumstance and again mentioned the Chief Secretary to offer impact to the Commission's prior headings vide the subsequent reference read previously. A reaction didn't exude from the public authority as was wanted," SEC expressed. 

"Notwithstanding proceeded with obstinacy and resistance of the State Government, the Commission has no other choice except for to summon the whole powers vested with the Commission under Article 243 (K) read with Article 324 to eliminate the corrupted officials (according to the annexure encased)," SEC added. 

In accordance with these requests, the officeholder officials who stand eliminated will handover the charge quickly and soothe themselves forthwith. The Collector of Chittoor and Guntur Districts will surrender the charge to the Joint Collector-I, Chittoor and Joint Collector, Guntur individually. The Superintendent of police, Tirupati Urban will surrender the charge to the Superintendent of Police, Chittoor. 

"The Chief Secretary will send a board of 3 names of reasonable officials if there should be an occurrence of Collectors of Chittoor and Guntur Districts and for Superintendent of Police, Tirupati Urban," said SEC. 

"On account of subordinate cops, the Director-General of Police will send a board of names and a proposition through the assigned contact official of the division previously coordinated to be put at the removal of the Commission for substitution of the individuals who are moved out," SEC added. 

The SEC had kept in touch with CS and DGP to make a move on these 9 officials guaranteeing that they had flopped in forestalling the deviations in the political race measure and for episodes of survey viciousness after warning for nearby body races. In any case, the public authority didn't react. As the gram panchayat decisions notice is to be given tomorrow Saturday, the SEC composed this letter to CS and DGP.
