Bangladesh would like to be part of India's plan of becoming Atmanirbhar, says envoy Mohammad Imran

New Delhi [India], Aug 15: Bangladesh might likewise want to be a piece of India's arrangement of turning out to be Atmanirbhar, said Bangladeshi High Commissioner to India Mohammad Imran here on Saturday. 

"I went to the Independence Day festivities at Red Fort, today morning. It was extremely promising tuning in to Prime Minister Modi. We anticipate having a vastly improved relationship with India. We as of now have awesome relations with India and it tends to be taken to a more significant level," Bangladeshi agent told ANI. 

He further said that India and Bangladesh can supplement each other with respect to turning out to be atmanirbhar (independent). 

"Be it at the individual level or at the public level, everybody should be atmanirbhar. As India will be 'Atmanirbhar', we likewise need to be a piece of it. I believe that on the off chance that we both work together, we both can supplement one another," Imran added. 

While August 15 in India is commended as Independence Day, in Bangladesh it is viewed as a dull day as it was on this day that the establishing father of Bangladesh Sheik Mujibur Rahman, alongside his family were killed in 1975.
