Armies of India, China to hold Corps Commander-level talks at Moldo today

New Delhi [India], Aug 2: Armies of India and China will hold Corps Commander-level talks at Moldo on the Chinese side of Line of Actual Control today, said Indian Army sources. 

"Multitudes of India and China to hold Corps Commander-level talks at Moldo on the Chinese side of Line of Actual Control today. The gathering is planned to begin at 11 AM today," Indian Army sources said. 

"India side will zero in on complete separation by China in the Finger region," it added. 

India said on Thursday that some advancement has been made in the withdrawal of troops along the Line of Actual Control in Eastern Ladakh however it has not yet been finished and noticed that it expected that the Chinese side will earnestly work for complete separation and de-acceleration and full rebuilding of harmony and serenity in the fringe regions at the most punctual. 

Outside Affairs Ministry representative Anurag Srivastava said that the different sides held the seventeenth gathering of the Working Mechanism for Consultation and Coordination a week ago and evaluated the circumstance in the India-China outskirt territories along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in the Western area. 

Indian and Chinese soldiers are occupied with a stalemate along the Line of Actual Control since May. The strains between the two neighboring nations along the outskirt raised on June 15 go head to head in Galwan valley prompting setbacks on the two sides. 

India and China have held various rounds of military and strategic converses with resolve the issue. (ANI)
