220 Indians repatriated from Malaysia under Vande Bharat Mission

Amritsar (Punjab [India], July 12: An uncommon trip under Vande Bharat Mission brought back 220 abandoned Indians from Malaysia to Pubjab's Amritsar on Saturday. Upwards of 5,80,000 Indians have been emptied from various nations under the Vande Bharat Mission starting at July 8, Ministry of External Affairs declared on Thursday. Vande Bharat Mission is being completed by the Indian government to clear Indians abandoned abroad due to Covid pandemic. 

The principal period of the mission initiated on May 7.
