New Delhi, June 20: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will dispatch 'Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan' today to help work openings in provincial India in the midst of COVID-19 emergency. 

The Prime Minister will signal off the Abhiyan from town Telihar in Bihar's Khagaria area by means of video-conferencing.
