Indian Envoy meets National Space Council, discusses India-US collaboration in science and space

Washinton, July 03: Indian Ambassador to US Taranjit Singh Sandhu on Thursday (nearby time) said that he had held a few gatherings with Kelvin Droegmeier, Director, Office of Science and Tech Policy, and Scott Pace, Executive Secretary, National Space Council this week to examine India-US coordinated effort in science and space. 

"Charming discussions this week w/Kelvin Droegmeier, Director, Office of Science and Tech Policy, and Scott Pace, Executive Secretary, Natl Space Council on coordinated efforts btw India and US in science and space. The information organization between our majority rule governments will characterize our future," Sandhu tweeted. 

Recently, US Deputy Secretary of State Stephen Biegun and Sandhu initiated the Mahatma Gandhi sculpture at a recreation center in Washington DC, which was vandalized on June 3 during the George Floyd fights. (ANI)
